When we try to change anything ,we feel out of place and uncomfortable. Things will get worse before they get better, in anything new you try. When people try to go on a diet and decide to start exercising, the next day gets worse. They are still overweight, but on top of it they are sore as well and uncomfortable. Only after a few days once they persevere, and start to get use to the new routine, they start to feel better. Not only that, they feel less sore, they also feel better about themselves. They start to get control of their lives and may even start to loose some weight. There is a price for everything. Don't expect to get a free ride, because everything ever achieved has been paid for by something, if it was time, money, sacrificing something else and getting out of the comfort zone. When you are not disciplined, it gets harder and harder to achieve your goals. You need to stay out of your comfort zone! You have to learn to tuff it up. Be a person of your word. Motivation builds up stress inside you, until you will do something to relieve it. It can be positive or negative. Stop procrastination, develop a burning desire to achieve your goals. If you are serious about your goals and dreams, you will find the way (the time to do it). Don't be fear controlled. The person in the mirror does not need to be your worst enemy. Believe in yourself, look at yourself in the mirror, you are the person, who can do it. Don't listen to someone who only has an opinion. Don't let anyone ever steal your dream. If you need correct information, use it from the right person - who is doing the same business and is successful. People who tell you it cannot be done almost always are unsuccessful people; are strictly average or mediocre at best in terms of accomplishment. Opinions of these people can be poison. Develop a defense against people who want to convince you that you can't do it. Accept negative advice only as a challenge to prove that you can do it. Be aware that most of your friends don't want you to succeed. By going ahead and doing something extra, you actually embarrass them, because they don't. They might laugh at you, try to put you down or discourage you, just to keep you on their level. The big thinker will never laugh at you. The dream of the child is so real, then when you grow up, the dream changes, if not diminishes. The reason is to believe in your own ability. You are a special person. You have to believe in your self, that is the beginning of the new future, of your success. To get ahead in life and to do something extra we have to have reason. We are either fear control or vision control driven. Most people are fear controlled. They worry about paying their bills, being threatened by their boss, or being threatened by something they may loose. Don't be fear controlled. Be vision controlled! Remember "No amount of worries pays one cent of your bills". If you have a problem, that's good. Only people without the problems are in the cemetery. Every problem has its solution. Learn from every setback. Think, how you can profit from it. Get the action habit. "Action cures fear" "Keep your mind on the things you do want and off the things you don't want" Success is a balance, it's a habit, not an intellectual ability. The past doesn't predict the future. Write down future excellent news, write down your goals with a time frame. Be flexible, don't sleep too much, you can train yourself in many ways. Get smarter, learn this, it is very important. It will change your life! If you are miserable, stop it, do something you like and enjoy. Sometimes a little thing can make a big difference. Take peoples names for instance. If you go for an important appointment and you misspell the name of the person you going to see. The chances are, that a success of your appointment has greatly diminished. People are usually very sensitive to their names. This can very much influence your future relationship. One of the main keys of Napoleons popularity and rise to fame was his ability to call his soldiers by their first names. People feel good and important, when someone remembers their names. When you face a difficulty, attract solutions by believing that solution is possible. Refuse to even let yourself say or think that it's impossible. When you believe that there is a solution, you automatically convert a negative energy (it can't be done), into positive energy (it can be done, there is always a solution). Sometimes it is good to sleep on a problem and in the morning things look much better. Elevate yourself to another level, the way your think is the most important. Look at good things in any situation, choose your attitude and do what it takes to be done! Remember people are the happiest, when they are achieving. The difference between success and failure is found in one's attitudes towards setbacks, disappointments, handicaps and other discouragements. No one ever had smooth sailing towards success.
